Facilities coordinator/assistant ready to step into a Facilities Manager role. 2+ years’ experience in retail ( Preferred) Strong contract and contractor management skills; building trade background preferred. Proactive, solution-focused, with effective written and verbal communication. Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.The Role:Join our Facilities Management team, a leader in delivering top-tier services to a national retail landlord. You will manage a portfolio of shopping centers across Brisbane, providing exceptional client service, overseeing contracts, and ensuring smooth operations.Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of retail centers, acting as the primary contact for maintenance and technical advice. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with risk, statutory, and sustainability requirements. Oversee contracts, service providers, and essential services (AC, lifts, fire safety). Implement preventative maintenance programs and manage smaller capital improvements. Build and maintain strong client and tenant relationships.
