📌 Facilities Manager | ROOMS by FattalAbout usROOMS by Fattal is a rapidly growing brand offering inspiring shared workspaces with a boutique, luxurious urban hotel atmosphere in Israel’s most central locations.🏢 Our community includes corporate companies, startups, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and freelancers, across more than 13 key locations nationwide.We’ve created a new standard of coworking spaces, delivering productivity, comfort, inspiration, and unique working relationships to our community members.About the Opportunity🎯 We are looking for an Operation Specialist to join our growing team!This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.It is a versatile operational position that includes mobility between ROOMS locations such as Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak, and Petah Tikva, supporting the day-to-day operation of multiple sites.If you love working independently, leading tasks, and ensuring the seamless operation of a vibrant, premium workspace — we'd love to meet you!Responsibilities🧹 Lead and oversee cleaning operations, including managing cleaning staff and quality control.🔧 Manage maintenance tasks, supervise the in-house handyman, and coordinate repairs.📞 Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers and service providers.🛒 Handle procurement and manage inventory needs for the space.🏗️ Manage in-house operational projects.🙋 Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues raised by clients.🏢 Manage operational needs for floor tenants (private office rentals).Requirements✔️ 1–2 years of experience in operations. ✔️ Strong task completion skills and the ability to find creative solutions on the spot.✔️ Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.✔️ Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.✔️ Professional performance under multitasking conditions.✔️ Excellent communication skills.✔️ High level of independence and leadership ability.🕘 Working hours: 08:30-17:30
