It also operates its Customer Experience Center in Amman, Jordan, and its Engineering Hub in Krakow, Poland.Job Summary:The Facilities Supervisor – Health and Safety is responsible for managing and overseeing all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and preventive maintenance activities for fire fighting/fire alarm systems, gas systems, best control systems, water filters, and planters. The role ensures that all preventive and ad‑hoc maintenance tasks are executed on time, vendor activities are tracked from quotation approval to payment release, and all safety compliance requirements, including Civil Defence certifications and inspections, are met.What You'll doManage and monitor AMCs for fire fighting/fire alarm systems, gas systems, best control systems, water filters, and planters.Ensure timely completion of all preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks and ad‑hoc maintenance requests.Track vendor quotations, approvals, and ensure prompt payment processing.Maintain and renew all safety certificates in compliance with Civil Defence requirements.Coordinate and submit sites for Civil Defence inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations.Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.What we're looking forDiploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on health and safety.Strong knowledge of safety regulations, Civil Defence requirements, and maintenance protocols.Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules.Benefits- Extensive learning opportunities with hard and soft skill training to help you improve and challenge yourself.- Be involved in customized workshops run by the Kitopi Academy.- Have the chance to work in an international, diverse, and inclusive environment.- Become part of one of the most caring communities out there.- Free and unlimited access to a nutritionist.- No Dress Code!
