Facility Coordinator – Full-Time, SolnaWe are looking for a professional, reliable, organized and experienced Facility Coordinator to join our team in Solna. In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide proactive support to our Facility Manager.This role requires full-time office presence.Key Responsibilities:Supervise office infrastructure including health & safety, security, maintenance and repairs, waste management, office supplies and consumables, post and couriers, cleaning, printers and other hard & soft services.Provide administrative and operational support for all FM activities, including budget preparation, reporting and planning services.Vendor and landlord relations for e.g. repairs, maintenance and security.Company vehicle administration and maintenance.Coordination of office projects, moves and refurbishments or similar.Switchboard and general office services and support.Essential Requirements: At least 2 years experience from facility or a similar role.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proven ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and proactively adjusting priorities as needed.Knowledge of health & safety and security procedures.Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) and proficiency in other workplace-related systems e.g. building or security systems, SAP etc.Good written and verbal communication skills, Swedish and English.Driver’s licence.Strong own drive, hands on, solution-oriented and proactive attitude.Strong team player with no problems working independently on complex tasks.Able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both within and outside of the company.Qualifying:Experience of office moves and/or refurbishment.Experience of project management, planning or similar.Understanding of budget work.SACO Ann Christin Bengtsson [email protected]Unionen Souvik Biswas souvik.biswas@hitachirail.comThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
