Job Summary: The Facility Management Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments. The role focuses on managing maintenance, facility services, budgets, vendors, and improvement projects while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all facility management operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities. • Develop and implement facility management strategies and operational plans. • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs. • Manage facility budgets, cost control, and financial planning. • Supervise facility teams, contractors, and service providers. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. • Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects.Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in facility management or related fields. • Strong experience in operations, vendor management, and budgeting.Skills: • Leadership and team management • Strategic planning and problem solving • Vendor and contract management • Strong communication and organizational skills
