Number of Openings: 1Closing Date: 5 December 2025Responsibilities:Support daily facility operations by coordinating maintenance schedules and liaising with contractors and service providers.Maintain compliance and safety documentation in line with health, safety, and infection control standards.Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination for facility-related needs.Provide administrative support through scheduling, documentation management, and preparation of reports and presentations.Support vendor onboarding, monitor contractor performance, and manage processing of facility-related payments.Serve as a contact point for facility issues and ensure effective communication across staff, labs, and stakeholders.Assist in organising facility-related events, safety drills, training sessions, and meetings.Support the development and upkeep of emergency protocols and preparedness for critical incidents and outbreaks.Qualification & Work Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field with at least 5 years’ of administrative or facility management experience; or a Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.Experience in contract service management; knowledge of risk management an advantage.Why work with us?
