Job DescriptionOversee maintenance of office facilities (electricity, AC, UPS, server room, etc.)Supervise maintenance vendors and service providersManage physical assets and office inventoryConduct inspections and coordinate repairs for any facility issuesCoordinate and schedule technical support as neededProcess payments for facility vendors, maintenance, and repair servicesManage access cards for new hires and replacementsHandle loading permits and related documentationCoordinate technicians, receptionists, cleaners, and security staffRequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering or related field is a plus)2–3 years of experience in Facility Management or related operational rolesStrong communication and coordination skillsProactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple maintenance and service activitiesExperienced in supervising vendors, monitoring building systems (electricity, AC, UPS, etc.), and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
