Facility Manager Cost control engineer

We’re Hiring: FM Cost Control Engineer – Cairo Branch (Dokki)We’re looking for a talented FM Cost Control Engineer to join our projects team and support our operations in the Facility Management sector.📍 Location: Cairo Branch – Dokki🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCreate estimated budgets and cash flow plans for FM projects.Monitor purchase orders, payment requests, and all project expenses.Perform detailed data analysis and reporting using advanced tools such as Power BI.Develop dashboards and resource tracking sheets to monitor financial performance.Communicate with all departments to gather and verify data.Prepare professional reports in English (written & spoken proficiency required).🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSc)3+ years of experience in Cost Control — preferably in the Saudi marketStrong background in Facility Management (FM) projectsExcellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills💼 Working Conditions & BenefitsAttractive salary package based on experience and qualificationsWorking Days: 6 days/week – 9 hours/dayAnnual Leave: As per company policyAir Tickets: Provided for KSA HQ & Projects
