FSI is looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented, and motivated Assistant Contract Maintenance & Operations Manager (ACMOM) to support our mission at Camp Pendleton. If you're passionate about precision, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy solving problems before they start—FSI wants to meet you!What You’ll DoServe as on-site support to the Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM), overseeing day-to-day corrective maintenance operations. Supervise contractor personnel and ensure proper coverage during both regular and non-duty hours. Assist with planning and executing facility maintenance activities in alignment with contract requirements and performance standards. Coordinate and support subcontractor work, service orders, scheduling, and site access. Promote safety and compliance across all work areas—because at FSI, safety is everyone’s job.
Attend meetings and represent FSI interests in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Support documentation and data submission including invoices, reports, audits, and logs. Ensure all employees are properly trained, qualified, and certified for their assigned roles and equipment. What You BringU. S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) clearance. At least 3 years of experience in medical facility operations and maintenance in a business occupancy environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare Facility Management, renovation, or maintenance—plus team supervision experience.
Knowledge of healthcare facilities standards, including TJC, NFPA, EPA, OSHA, AAAHC, and PWS compliance. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. ASHE membership and CHFM certification are a plus!Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
