What You’ll DoLead site safety programs and emergency response effortsConduct Safety Orientations, Toolbox Talks, and PPE checksReview & implement Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA)Oversee Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) proceduresPerform daily safety inspections & ensure infection control complianceCoordinate safety training & maintain compliance with federal/state regulationsProvide monthly safety reports & quality inspectionsWhat You Bring3+ years of safety experience in similar environmentsOSHA 30-Hour Certification (Construction or General Industry)Annual safety training (8 hours/year)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with EM385-1-1 (preferred)First Aid/CPR certifications (preferred)High school diploma or equivalentBonus Points ForExperience in hospital or military facilitiesEM385-1-1 trainingProficiency in Microsoft OfficeThe drive to lead by example and build a strong safety culturePhysical RequirementsMust be able to climb ladders and lift up to 60 lbs.
