Factory Executive (Malaysia)

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Executive to join our newly established factory in Malaysia. This position is ideal for someone with strong business acumen and the drive to take on increasing responsibilities. The selected candidate will undergo training and development with the goal of being groomed into a future Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the day-to-day operations of the factory, including administration, purchasing, and coordination with suppliers.Support financial and accounting activities such as expense tracking, invoicing, and basic reporting.Work closely with management to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.Coordinate with the Singapore HQ and other departments on operational planning and reporting.Participate in training programs, including occasional travel for business and technical training.Contribute to continuous improvement of workflow, cost efficiency, and resource allocation.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of relevant experience preferred (manufacturing or operations background is a plus).Strong understanding of general business processes — from purchasing to accounting.Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Multilingual ability (proficiency in English and additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay is an advantage).Willingness to travel occasionally for training or business meetings.Independent, resourceful, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities in the future.
