Factory Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process (welding, powder coat, CNC, press break, assembly, etc.) including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations.Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs.Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering / Production or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in Plant management/Manufacturing/operations leadership roles.Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt certification.Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams in a high-performance culture.Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Desired Skills and ExperienceManage all factory and all activities related with production and focus on production efficiency (Target & Output & Quality of Product)
