We obsess about our customers We build outstanding technical solutions We create an awesome culture We accelerate learning and careers As a Test Manager for our Managed Services clients, you will work in cross-functional, innovative, agile-tech teams to ensure quality is consistent throughout the development process. You will play a key role in planning, managing, and executing test phases while leading and guiding teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Your activities will include: Work with the project BA and wider project team to translate process designs and specifications into test stories.
Collaborate with the PM to plan, organize, and manage test phases, including Data Migration Tests, User Acceptance Tests, and Regression Tests. Coordinate and manage Reconciliations Attribute analysis testing process. Contribute to the development of the project Test Strategy. Assist in the development of test tools and test automation. Lead and guide testers through complex testing activities. Own and promote good housekeeping practices in tools such as JIRA and maintain other project documentation. RequirementsOver 5 years of experience in testing, with a strong background in test management, data migration testing, and regression testing. In-depth knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies.
Experience with JIRA and other test management tools. Strong familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting languages. Strong organizational skills to coordinate UAT tests involving testers from business teams across the multiple locations. Confident and tenacious approach to follow up on test outcomes and ensure timely feedback. Exceptional attention to detail for writing test stories, tracking progress, and documenting in JIRA. Prior exposure to insurance processes, including underwriting and claims, is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. A methodical, analytical, and meticulous approach to work, with a commitment to excellence.
