If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and make an impact in a forward-thinking fashion company, this is the opportunity for you!Fashion BuyerIn this exciting role, you’ll be part of our Woven team and play a key role in shaping our assortment by balancing customer demand, sustainability goals, financial targets and market trends. You’ll collaborate closely with your immediate team, including the Buying Assistant, Designer and Garment Technician, as well as cross-functionally with other departments to drive results.To succeed in this role, you thrive in a dynamic environment and combine strong analytical skills with creativity and teamwork. You value both the independence that comes with decision making and the power of collaboration to achieve shared goals.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and collaborate with the team to define and execute the buying strategy within the assigned category.Lead budget and assortment planning with a strong focus on turnover, fashion and profitability.Monitor performance metrics and take actions to deliver on key targets.Identify core and seasonal key products, ensuring an optimal balance between commercial bestsellers and trend-driven items.Continuously drive an agile and efficient workflow to enhance productivity.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality and competitive products.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including controllers, marketing and merchandising to drive and implement the product strategy on a daily basis.Your Past & Your Skills3+ years of experience within fashion buying (experience working with woven products is a plus).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Textile Economics or similar).Experience in leading projects in vertical production directly with factories.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Excellent sense for quality, trends and details.Agile mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Strong initiator and true team player.Very good command of English, both spoken and written.What We OfferGlobal environmentPersonal and professional developmentFreedom to add value/make a differenceHybrid Remote policy (Office & remote days weekly) A number of voluntary benefitsInterested in learning more about NA-KD, our culture, colleagues, and benefits?
