Fashion Designer Assistant

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Fashion Designer Assistant, with solid knowledge of sewing, basic pattern-making, and developing new prototypes.WE AREA garment business specializing in handcrafted, avant-garde clothing and boutique apparel production.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 1 year of experience assisting fashion design projects.Minimum 2 years of experience in stitching and sewing techniques.Experience in supporting Fashion Designers with new style development, fashion shows, and photoshoots.Knowledge of fabric process techniques (dyeing, printing, washing) is an advantage.Resourceful, with a good network in fashion product outsourcing preferred.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate well with others.Proficient in English (listening and speaking).Skilled in Microsoft Office is a must; Photoshop is a plus.JOB DESCRIPTIONAssist the Fashion Designer and Stylist (English-speaking environment).Create mood boards for new capsule collections.Collaborate with the Pattern Maker to develop new styles and refine existing ones.Leading in production samples and pattern grading.Present mood boards and style proposals to the Fashion Designer & Stylist.Help organize fashion shows and photoshoots, managing all stages from pre-production to post-event.Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Garment for all new developments.BENEFITSNon-fixed allowanceHealth insuranceAnnual benefit (THR)(Following company regulations)
