Role DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our creative team in Dokki. In this full-time role, you will design and develop fashion collections that reflect our brand’s identity and aesthetic vision. You will work on clothing and accessories, from concept to final product, ensuring every design aligns with market trends, brand DNA, and customer preferences. Collaboration with production, marketing, and sourcing teams is essential to bring designs to life efficiently and beautifully.ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design seasonal fashion collections, including ready-to-wear and accessories.Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and materials to inspire new designs.Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings for each collection.Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and finishes in collaboration with sourcing and production teams.Develop technical drawings and specifications for sampling and production.Oversee sample development and conduct fitting sessions to ensure design accuracy and garment quality.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure product alignment with brand storytelling and seasonal campaigns.Stay informed about international fashion trends and emerging materials or techniques.Ensure each design meets quality, functionality, and commercial objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fashion design (preferably in women’s ready-to-wear or luxury/contemporary brands).Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and commercial understanding.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, or similar tools.Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and pattern-making.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Highly creative with attention to detail, trend awareness, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
