We are expanding our product line and looking for a skilled Fashion Merchandiser who can manage sourcing, product development, and production follow-up with accuracy and creativity.⸻Key Responsibilities • Plan and develop new apparel collections based on trends and brand direction • Source fabrics, trims, accessories, labels, and packaging • Identify and negotiate with low-MOQ factories • Manage sample development (proto, fit, PP) and approvals • Prepare costing, consumption sheets, and negotiate best prices • Follow up production to ensure timely delivery • Conduct quality checks for fabrics, trims, stitching, and finishing • Maintain WIP reports and production calendars • Coordinate daily with factories, suppliers, pattern masters, and QC teams⸻Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising or sourcing • Strong understanding of fabric types, trims, and garment construction • Experience in men’s and women’s apparel preferred • Strong negotiation and communication skills (Bangla & English) • Good command of Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp communication • Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines⸻Preferred Qualifications • Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Merchandising, or related field • Experience working with small MOQs • Experience in growing fashion brands is a bonus⸻Benefits • Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 BDT • Performance-based increments • Fast career growth with the brand⸻How to ApplySend your CV + Portfolio (if any) to:📩 Email: ishtiaquebari@zairbd.com📞 Phone: 01783757580(WhatsApp)📌 Subject Line: Application for Fashion Merchandiser – ZAIRMake this a pdf
