Key responsibilitiesInventory Management:Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of fabrics, trims, and finished garments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock. Conduct regular inventory audits and verifications. Place orders for new stock as needed to maintain appropriate levels. Operations and Store Management:Supervise the day-to-day running of the store or warehouse. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and efficient. Manage logistics, including incoming and outgoing shipments. Implement and enforce store policies, including safety and loss prevention. Staff and Team Management:Supervise, train, and manage store personnel to ensure efficient operations. Coordinate with other departments, such as production and procurement, to meet business needs.
