We partner with some of the world’s largest manufacturers and brands to drive innovation in the industry.CUSTOMER SUCCESSPosition Overview: Must have at least 2–3 years experience in a customer-facing role in fashion or apparel software. (PLM, ERP, etc). ONLY applicants with apparel or fashion experience will be considered. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, and ideally, familiarity with apparel industry workflows (e.g., product development, sourcing, PLM, or supply chain). What you will be working on> Onboarding & ImplementationReporting to the Head of Customer Success you will run the on-boarding process for new clients — from kickoff through full adoption.Configure customer accounts and help tailor the platform to their workflows (e.g., materials libraries, BOMs, vendor management).Deliver virtual onboarding sessions and training tailored to different user roles (design, development, sourcing, etc.).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth technical implementation>Customer Support & Issue ResolutionProvide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, issues, and feature requests.Troubleshoot user-reported problems and escalate technical issues to the product or engineering teams as needed.Maintain accurate records of support interactions and track issues through resolution.> Customer Engagement & Relationship ManagementAct as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand how to best use the platform to support their apparel business goals.Monitor account health and usage data to proactively identify and address adoption challenges.Support the customer success team in renewal and expansion conversations by ensuring customer satisfaction.> Process & Product ImprovementCapture feedback from customers and share insights with the product team to drive improvements.Help build and maintain onboarding materials, FAQs, user guides, and tutorial videos.Contribute ideas to improve onboarding processes, training content, and support workflows. What we are looking for:Minimum of bachelor’s degree. A degree in product design or engineering is a plus.Experience or familiarity with the apparel, fashion, or retail industry is highly preferred.Strong technical aptitude — able to understand and explain software workflows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and one other language.Empathetic, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.Bonus: Experience with PLM, ERP, or supply chain platforms used in the apparel industry.
