About the RoleTriton Claim Management is seeking an experienced Fast Track Property Damage/Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle insurance claims from start to finish — investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims efficiently and fairly. You’ll communicate with insureds, claimants, brokers, and carriers to ensure each claim is managed with accuracy, professionalism, and care.Primary ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and process property damage and bodily injury claims.Interview claimants and witnesses to gather key information.Handle third-party liability and personal injury claims.Review and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage and liability.Establish and maintain appropriate reserves on assigned claims.Evaluate damages and determine fair compensation.Manage independent adjusters and appraisers as needed.Negotiate settlements or work with attorneys to defend the insurer’s position.Maintain ongoing communication with insureds, claimants, attorneys, vendors, and agents.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of claims-handling experience, including investigation, negotiation, and evaluation.Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience.Active state adjuster’s license (and non-resident licenses where required).Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.Work EnvironmentHybrid position based in Alpharetta, GA or West Palm Beach, FLCompetitive compensation commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits including:Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Long-Term Disability InsuranceVacation, Sick, and Personal Paid Time OffEqual Opportunity EmployerTriton Claim Management, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
