The Assistant Manager will support the store’s daily operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing visual merchandising standards, ensuring adherence to operational policies, and assisting with talent development. Supporting company initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and achieving business goals will also be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team supervision and performance coachingCustomer service excellence and the ability to foster positive shopping experiencesVisual merchandising, display setup, and maintaining in-store presentation standardsOperational and organizational abilities, including adherence to company policies and processesExperience in achieving sales goals and understanding key performance metricsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrior experience in retail or fashion management is preferred
