Oversee resourcing, capability planning, and technical execution. Collaborate with technical leads to drive functional excellence and innovation. Strategy & Continuous ImprovementDefine and implement the functional roadmap in line with business goals. Lead investment planning (e.
g. , CapEx) and technical capability development. Influence and improve operational processes, SOPs, and team workflows. Quality & ComplianceSet and uphold high standards for safety, quality, and compliance. Drive continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and investigations. Ensure audit readiness and ownership of corrective actions. What You BringPhD with 3+ years, or MSc with 5+ years, in industry leadership roles. Strong track record in downstream bioprocessing, including scale-up, chromatography, filtration, QbD, DoE, and PAT. Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex technical programs. Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for science, people development, and patient impact.
