Position OverviewThe FastTrack Manager Program is an accelerated leadership track designed for seasoned managers who want to grow into high-impact operational roles within a modern, technology-driven automotive service company. You’ll complete focused training, rapidly advance into shop leadership, and have the opportunity to scale into multi-unit and district-level management within five years. Top performers can earn $150,000+ as General Managers and $300,000+ as District Managers.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred6–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, retail, hospitality, logistics, automotive, or a related service industryDemonstrated success owning P&L outcomes, managing teams, and improving performanceExperience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teamsStrong track record in customer-facing environments with measurable resultsMulti-unit exposure or readiness to step into multi-store leadership is a plusSkills & CompetenciesHigh operational rigor: able to run workflows, systems, and daily operations with consistencyStrong analytical decision-maker with comfort in financial metrics and KPIsExceptional communication and leadership presenceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvementWillingness to relocate within a region as opportunities scale (preferred)Career PathwayPhase 1: Training & Assistant General Manager (Months 1–6)Complete an intensive 2-week onboarding and transition into the AGM role, learning workflow operations, team management, customer experience, and sales execution.Benefits: Eligible for 401(k) with 3% company match after six months.Phase 2: General Manager (Months 6–18)Take full ownership of shop operations—including P&L, hiring, coaching, and performance management.Top GMs earn $150,000+ with performance incentives.Phase 3: Senior GM / Multi-Shop Leader (Years 3–4)Lead 2–3 locations, mentor GMs and AGMs, and drive performance across multiple shops.Phase 4: Multi-Shop Operator (Year 5)Oversee 3–4+ locations, including new shop launches, acting as a regional operational owner.Phase 5: District ManagerLead a district of 6+ shops, partnering with the Head of Operations on strategy and multi-million-dollar business performance.Top District Managers earn $300,000+.Long-Term BenefitAfter ten years, employees become eligible for up to $100,000 in college tuition support for a child — up to $25,000 per year for four years.
