FAT Manager

Responsibilities:Responsible for monthly accounting processing, review accounting statements, ensure that accounts are consistent, account certificates are consistent, account tables are consistent, and check the compliance of payment documents.Prepare various financial statements including financial analysis reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets etc., in a timely manner and perform statement analysis.Establish and improve the company's accounting system, accounting process, various financial systems, and effectively operate continuous improvement.Analyze revenue, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast cash flow position.Direct and monitor various accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, budgeting, revenue, and asset accounting.Ensure all tax returns and tax declarations are submitted correctly and accurately.Provide advice and technical expertise on financial issues to develop revenue, expense budgets, understand and manage financial statements.Plan and conduct coaching, counseling, reviews, and development for subordinates.Familiar BPJS, KPI, Tax, Finance & Accounting Software (Accurate)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Brevet A/B certificate.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within finance, accounting, and tax.Preferred experience in the Edutech, Finance, or related industries.Proven ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
