Overview: Our client is a well-established global player in the supply of sea, land, air, and logistics. With operations in over 160 countries through 755 agencies, they have a strong track-record in design and implement of intelligent solutions to take care of cargo right across the supply chain. Due to growth, they are urgently seeking to recruit several proven Sales Representatives in their offices in Dominica and Antigua. Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients by actively engaging with potential customers outside of the office or company premises.
• Build relationships, conduct meetings, and present product or service offerings, ultimately driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base. • Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan• Plan and conduct commercial visits & phone calls as per agency sales’ segmentation. • Identify the commercial market opportunities, develop market shares and/or improve revenues according to commercial strategy. • Update commercial data and customer feedback in CRM (ex-Opportunities, lead, contacts). • Meet targets in SVPC (Sales Visits Phone Calls) and qualitative targets monitored in Analytics. • Relay pricing requests from customers to Sales Support and relay other requests from customers to Customer Care.
Requirements Strong Knowledge in Shipping (minimum 2 Years of experience in liner shipping) Sales Expertise (customer-facing activity) Great customer facing skills with ability to build and nurture relationships Demonstration of professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to manage stress through challenging situations Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Must be able to prioritize work effectively and manage time efficiently Basic proficiency with MS Office Knowledge in NOVA preferred but not essential. Analytical mindset with ability to use data to dive decision making
