该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1、根据公司下达的年度、季度及月度销售目标，制定区域、小区各层面针对目标、资源、库存、政策、盈利及销售过程管理等的策略与计划，并组织各小区团队监督其实施，确保销售目标达成。 2、行使中台职能，结合区域情况制定销售策略、金融方案和计划分解，对过程数据进行跟踪监测形成量化指标和报告，向区域总经理汇报并向各小区传达跟进。 任职要求 1. 国内大学统招本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生； 2. 具备2年以上相关工作经验； 3. 国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上，海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平，较好的英语读写能力，能够进行日常对话； 4. 年龄35周岁及以下； 5. 有区域工作经验和新势力品牌经验者优先。
