What We鈥檙e Looking ForFaye is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to provide on-site support, managing day-to-day technology needs and equipment. This is a great entry-level role for someone eager to gain hands-on IT experience and an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup!Responsibilities: Basic IT Support: Provide first-line troubleshooting during office hours, Handle common issues like password resets and account lockouts, Develop simple troubleshooting playbooks for recurring issuesEquipment Inventory Management: Manage and maintain records of all office IT equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals), including assignment, storage, and repair tracking. Manage Software Inventory:
Keep track of what software the company uses through tools like Okta and Google Workspace and usage of those platforms. New Employee Setup: Ensure equipment is ready for new hires, Coordinate timely delivery and setup of workstationsRepair Coordination: Coordinate external repairs and track status until resolutionPhysical Equipment Handling: Perform hands-on IT tasks such as workstation setup, equipment relocation, cable management, and device preparation for reuse.
