Job Description:The role consists in design FBAR filters as highly precise filter to support advanced linear, non-linear performance and high power. You must understand the basic device physics and have the ability to translate between the simulation, physical implementation, and the measured performance of a device.Requirement: 10+ years of experience in technology related developing and leading FBAR(BAW) or SAW design Deep understanding of PAD and system level performance and RF/analog semiconductor device Proficient with design tools as EM(HFSS), circuit(ADS) and layout tool(Cadence or equivalent package layout CAD tool)R024244
