Job TitleSenior Broker, TAG Cross-BorderJob Description SummaryCushman & Wakefield is looking for manager / senior manager to join its Global Tenant Advisory Group in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The position will be primarily responsible to assist manage and provide best practice advisory services relating to all aspects of the Commercial Office Real Estate transaction process, focused on outbound deals on behalf of Korean conglomerates and working with multinational corporations. Real estate deals would be delivered, in most circumstances, outside of the Korean domestic market, therefore a high level of English communication is required.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThis Role will be focused on assisting the Crossborder Transaction Management team with client requirements, focused on, outbound deals and locally source opportunities to deliver real estate solutions in global market.Lead in the delivery of all real estate transaction services heavily focused on proactive client(s) communications with marketing leading client deliverables.Lead to negotiate advanced client commercial office relocations, renewal, and disposal assignment transactions, including, but not limited to; identification of cost saving opportunities, site identification and selection, Landlord negotiations, resolution of landlord-tenant issues, drafting, lease reviews, lease abstract, financial modeling.Lead with client account management & reporting responsibilities.Lead with client account database through salesforce (Engage2/ Sales Force)Lead to advise clients on best practice transaction processes, that produce positive outcomes for our clients.High level and standard of English ability / communications (Eng.) with client account managers & brokers (regionally/globally) and the local client entity point of contact.Lead to secure new business client opportunities through the production of best-in-class RFP responses, presentations and taking a proactive approach with the global account management team and international brokers.About YouGraduate Degree in Real Estate, Business, Communications, Finance, or another relevant field.3 ~ 8 years+ relevant experience, preferably with an international agency or other business related filed.Native Korea speaker with a native to excellent English level (written/spoken), Excellent communication skills.Strong organization skills and attention to detail.Good to advance proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn and operate industry specific databases and softwareAbility to multi-tasks consistently, without impacting the quality of client deliverables.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from;Being part of a growing global company;Career development and a promote from within culture;An organisation committed to Diversity and InclusionWe're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.We achieve this by providing a flexible and agile work environment by focusing on technology and autonomy to help our people achieve their career ambitions.
