About The TeamWe are looking for a proactive, business-minded Account Manager to support and grow our Fulfilled by Shopee (FBS) seller base. You will work with seller decision-makers (e.g., e-commerce managers, business owners) and internal teams to drive operational performance, enhance seller satisfaction, and unlock sales growth. This role combines relationship management, business analysis, and operational execution—ideal for someone with strong customer orientation and maturity.Job DescriptionSeller Success & Relationship ManagementServe as the main contact for assigned sellers, including senior stakeholders.Build long-term and trust-based relationships with sellers and stay responsive, even beyond standard work hours if needed.Drive seller engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Operational & Performance SupportEnsure smooth onboarding and FBS compliance.Monitor inventory and replenishment; prevent stockouts.Address billing, reconciliation, and value-added service (VAS) concerns.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance) to resolve seller issues.Growth & Business InsightAnalyze data to identify growth opportunities and risks.Build action plans to increase ADO (Average Daily Orders) and expand assortment.Support campaigns and initiatives with category and marketing teams.Conduct performance reviews and ensure policy compliance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.3–5 years experience in account management, operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Mature and self-driven; able to manage complex accounts independently.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; data-driven and analytical.Flexible and responsive to seller needs beyond standard hours if required.Customer-first mindset with a passion for business growth.Chinese speaking & writing is an advantage.
