Pyramids Global remains committed to delivering results-oriented solutions to ensure client success. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Rawalpindi. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, organizing interviews, and extending offers. This role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, assisting with training initiatives, and maintaining communication to ensure a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in building effective and inclusive recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Qualifications Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting strategies, with experience in sourcing qualified candidates and managing the recruitment process efficiently.Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to effectively assess candidates and maintain clear, professional interactions.Experience in Training programs, with the ability to onboard and acclimate new employees effectively.Knowledge of employment practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
