The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments like call centers, software houses, or digital agencies.Key Responsibilities:* Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.* Serve as the primary HR contact, resolving queries and fostering a positive work environment.* Support performance management, including feedback delivery and improvement plans.* Ensure HR compliance with company policies and local labor laws.* Maintain employee records and assist with payroll inputs.* Analyze HR metrics (turnover, recruitment, engagement) to provide data-driven insights.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.* 1+ years of experience as an HR Executive; preference for candidates from call centers, software houses, or digital agencies.* Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.* Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.* Proficiency in MS OfficeLocationLahore (On-site)
