We are looking for a dynamic individual with a presentable personality who can attract and retain top talent for our organization.Responsibilities and Duties:• Collaborate with senior management to develop recruitment policies and strategies.• Utilize various channels to attract and source qualified candidates.• Review and analyze resumes to shortlist candidates.• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.• Administer skill assessments and behavioral tests.• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.• Promote the organization’s employer brand.• Skillfully negotiate job offers and compensation packages.• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.• Track and analyze recruitment metrics.• Stay informed about employment laws and regulations.• Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.• Maintain a database of potential candidates.• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics.• Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.• Utilize HR technology to streamline the recruitment process.• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees.• Work on developing a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP).• Enhance recruiting skills through training and development.Job Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.• Familiarity with HR software and databases.• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.• Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for recruitment purposes.• Keen eye for detail during candidate evaluations.• Strong decision-making skills.• Adaptable to handle dynamic recruitment demands.• Proficient in managing virtual recruitment processes.If you are an enthusiastic HR professional with a track record of successful recruitment, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
