Job Description

We are seeking an Analytics Specialist to join our Care Management team. This role is critical for providing actionable insights through accurate and timely reporting. The specialist will generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from our care management software, ensuring data-driven decisions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Report Generation:Produce recurring reports including:Patient Enrollment ReportPatient Engagement ReportRemote Readings ReportPatient Census and Attrition ReportMonthly Revenue ReportEnsure reports are delivered on schedule (daily, weekly, monthly).Custom Reporting:Develop and deliver ad-hoc/custom reports as requested by the Care Management Manager.Data Analysis & Quality:Validate data accuracy and integrity across all reports.Identify trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.Collaboration:Work closely with the Care Management team and leadership to understand reporting needs.Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or reporting, preferably in healthcare or care management settings.Technical Skills:Expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis).Proficiency in care management software and reporting tools.Strong knowledge of data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.BenefitsWorkdays: Monday - FridayWork hours: 7 pm – 4 am PKT (Night shift)Gross Salary (USD): $400 - $500Benefits: Annual Bonus, Eid Bonuses, Provident Fund, Health Insurance (IPD, OPD), Fuel Card or Company Pick &Drop, EOBI, Free Meal
