The role is 80% technology-focused (MERN stack, API integrations, AI projects) and 20% analytics-focused (HubSpot data, dashboards, reporting). You’ll also assist in LMS content creation and structuring, helping deliver clean, effective training materials.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to MERN stack development for internal tools and existing applications.Build and integrate AI-driven features using OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic APIs, including console-based testing and deployment.Scope, test, and integrate new software tools into existing operational workflows.Implement and manage AWS services (S3 Buckets, IAM roles/policies, CloudFront) for hosting and storage.Deploy and maintain applications using serverless hosting platforms.Build, maintain, and optimize analytics dashboards and reports using HubSpot data.Develop automated reporting pipelines and insights for operational and business KPIs.Assist in LMS content creation such as course materials, quizzes, and interactive modules.Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to support decision-making.Collaborate with team leads on automation and digital transformation initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.3–6 years of experience in MERN stack development.Strong command of JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.Familiarity with REST APIs and API console testing.Working knowledge of AWS services.Experience with serverless deployment platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).Solid experience with SQL and advanced MongoDB queries.Hands-on experience with HubSpot analytics, reporting, and data workflows.What You’ll GainReal, hands-on experience in enterprise software development and AI integrations.Practical cloud hosting & deployment skills on AWS and serverless platforms.Salary + Benefits (Medical, Provident Fund, Company Events, Annual Increments, PTOs)What We Offer:Performance incentives based on department.Medical benefits.Provident fund.Life insurance.Monthly office activities and events.PTO'sLeaves encashment.Annual increments.Training and professional development opportunities.If you are passionate about customer service and logistics, and you thrive in a night shift role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Transpotech.
