Client Onboarding Specialist

 Client Company Introduction:Hiring for Pakistan based SaaS based Firm. Job Description:To manage client onboarding, fulfill service delivery using GoHighLevel (websites, automations, pipelines), and ensure clients achieve success within the first week of onboarding.Responsibilities:Onboard new clients after demo closes (collect business info, logos, domains, etc.).Setup client accounts in GoHighLevel (automations, triggers, chat widget, review system).Build or customize websites using templates.Connect client calendars, GMB, and integrations.Manage client communication during onboarding.Monitor performance dashboards and ensure automations run smoothly.Maintain documentation of each account setup.Required Skills & Experience:Experience working in GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.Understanding of automations, pipelines, triggers, calendars, and website builder.Strong English communication and organization.Must work on-site at Sahiwal office.Can work independently and meet deadlines.Ideal Candidate TraitsTech-savvy and proactiveProblem solverFast learnerStrong communication skillsOther Details:Experience: 1 yearLocation: Sahiwal - PunjabWork Timings: 2 PM - 9PMWork Days: Monday to SaturdayAbout HR Ways:HR Ways is an award-winning Firm helping software houses and IT Product companies internationally and locally to find IT Talent.
