We work with clinics, physicians, and healthcare organizations internationally, ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursements, and optimized financial outcomes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Gulshan-E-Iqbal, Karachi. We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Executive to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and helping maintain a positive, productive work environment.The ideal candidate will be confident in handling recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesMaintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentationImplement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance protocolsSupport employee engagement, culture-building activities, and conflict resolutionCoordinate performance reviews and training initiativesAssist management with strategic HR planning and workforce developmentServe as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and communicationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of experience in HR operations (fresh candidates with internship experience may also apply)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and basic HRMS tools preferredAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityWhat We Offer:Professional growth and learning opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentCompetitive salaryExposure to cross-functional leadership and decision-making
