THE JOB (Read This First):You create Facebook/Google ads that make people want to talk to us. We give away free valuable stuff (like AI apps) to attract business owners. Then we sell them custom software. Your job: make ads that get people to book calls with our sales team. Simple.Example: We built an AI coach for gyms. You make video ads targeting gym owners saying "I build AI coach for your gym to get more revneue." They book a call. We sell them custom software. That's it.ROLE OVERVIEW:You will run all paid advertising for custom software development company. We build AI solutions and provide Pre-vetted engineers to startupYour job is simple: spend money to make more money. You'll create ads, test them, kill losers fast, and scale winners.
