They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize these solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and improve learning experiences.QualificationsStrong knowledge of counselling, L&D, education industry, learning platforms and instructional designProject management and strategic planning abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation and engagement skillsFamiliarity with AI-driven solutions and automation in an educational context is a plusAbility to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Education, Education Technology, or a related field
