Female Spa Therapist (Contractual)

A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:Delivering a wide range of professional spa and body treatments in line with InterContinental standards.Creating a calm, welcoming, and luxurious environment for all guests.Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending suitable therapies or products.Ensuring all treatment rooms and spa areas are impeccably clean, well-stocked, and presented.Promoting spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.Supporting the Spa Manager and colleagues in daily operations and special promotions.Maintaining accurate records of treatments, guest preferences, and inventory.Attending regular training to stay current on spa techniques, brand standards, and wellness trends.What We Need From YouEducation: Minimum SSC with recognized Spa/Wellness Therapy Certification is mandatory.Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury spa with overseas experience.Skills:Proficient in various massage and body treatment techniques.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent grooming, presentation, and customer service orientation.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.Age Limit: Maximum 38 years.Language: Fluent in English and Bangla; additional language proficiency is an advantage.What You Can Expect From UsWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
