We’re not looking for someone to just follow a playbook; we’re looking for a pioneer who will help us write it.You will be the face of Forsite for our clients, acting as the crucial link between our customers, our engineering team, and our platform operations. This is a hands-on role for a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives in the field.We need a curious mind. Someone who is comfortable on a live worksite, can troubleshoot hardware on the fly, listens to customer challenges, and constantly asks, "How can we make this better?" If you have a start-up mindset and want to build something from the ground up, this is the role for you.What You'll Be DoingThis position is a dynamic blend of customer advocacy and technical field operations. Be the Customer Champion: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, leading pilot deployments, onboarding sessions, and training for field crews. You'll build lasting relationships and ensure every deployment delivers measurable safety outcomes. Be the On-Site Hardware Expert: You will travel to customer sites (primarily in Victoria, with potential future APAC travel) to deploy, test, and calibrate our wearable and base-station hardware. Be the First Line of Defence: You'll be the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving Tier 1 device, firmware, and connectivity issues right there in the field. Be the Bridge to Engineering: You'll capture critical field data and customer feedback, escalating technical matters and helping our engineers guide ongoing product improvements. Be the Process Builder: You will be instrumental in refining and enhancing our entire deployment and training methodology.What You’ll Bring To The TableThis role requires a unique blend of technical aptitude, customer-facing maturity, and a hands-on attitude.Essential Skills & ExperienceA diploma/degree in engineering, business, or a related field OR 2-4 years of equivalent experience in customer success, technical support, or field service.Strong hardware and mechanical aptitude. You must be comfortable with, and curious about, physical technology and have proven experience troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and firmware.Exceptional communication skills. You can build rapport with everyone, from a field worker in high-vis to a project manager in the office.A mature, calm, and professional approach, especially when working on live operational sites.A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude to learning and problem-solving.Strong organisational skills, with experience using CRM/ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite).A valid driver licence and willingness to travel.Bonus Points (Highly Desirable)Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, especially with a new product launch.Background in road construction, traffic management, or a similar high-risk industrial environment.A Construction White Card or equivalent site access accreditation.Why You'll Love Working With Us Real-World Impact: See your work directly contribute to protecting workers and preventing incidents.
