The Seoul team collaborates closely with global clients and engineering teams, serving as a key technical hub for product integration, validation, and customer support.주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)고객 기술 지원 및 데모 진행: 이미지·영상 처리파이프라인, 카메라센서 동작원리 등을설명하고 현장및 원격데모 환경구축·최적화를 지원합니다.통합 테스트 및 검증: 고객 시스템과 자사센서/DSP 모듈간 인터페이스를 검증하고, 펌웨어·하드웨어·소프트웨어 전반의 E2E 테스트케이스를 설계·실행합니다.이슈 분석 및 튜닝: 현장 성능 저하, 통신 불안정, 화질 결함등 문제를진단·해결하고, DSP 파라미터 조정, FPGA 로직 최적화, 드라이버/SDK 설정을튜닝합니다.기술 문서 및 교육 자료 작성: 하드웨어-소프트웨어 통합가이드, 개발자핸드북, FAQ를작성하고 고객사엔지니어 대상워크숍 및트레이닝 세션을진행합니다.내부 피드백 루프: 고객 요구사항 및버그 리포트를 수집하여 제품 및 R&D팀과 협업, 개선사항을 로드맵에 반영합니다.Customer Technical Support & Demonstrations: Explain image and video processing pipelines, camera sensor operation principles, and support the setup and optimization of on-site and remote demo environments.Integration Testing & Validation: Verify interfaces between customer systems and our sensor/DSP modules. Design and execute E2E test cases across firmware, hardware, and software.Issue Analysis & Tuning: Diagnose and resolve on-site issues (performance degradation, communication instability, image quality defects, etc.). Adjust DSP parameters, optimize FPGA logic, and tune driver/SDK settings.Technical Documentation & Training Materials: Author integration guides, developer handbooks, and FAQs.
