Job Description
The Field Appraiser position is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies.Responsibilities:valuation real estate properties/auto/machinery offered as collateral and performance of other appraisal related assignments ;verifying the authenticity, acceptability and regularity of annotations and restrictions on or made on of the certificate of title/s of property/ies being offered as collateral/s ;factual, reliable and truthful investigation reports based on field credit investigation checking results.Qualifications:Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Engineering/Real Estate ManagementLicensed Engineer, Architect or Real Estate Appraiser will be an advantageAble to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate system.Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service orientedWilling to be assigned in Lipa
