At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToMaintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipmentOrganize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts (spare parts) sales, etc.Collaboration as a team with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer’s outcome by controlling customer situation (revenue forecast/contract ratio/quality issues)Deliver mid to large scale installation projects as project manager by collaborating with other departments Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certificationcustomer support by remote, dispatch field engineers to customer site. The Essential Requirements Of The Job IncludeQualified to Degree level or equivalent.
