From ground-up construction and tenant build-outs to clean-room facilities and utility-scale solar installations, our teams are committed to exceeding expectations, delivering quality results, and building a lasting legacy for our clients, communities, and employees.Why Join Us?We combine the agility of a local firm with the resources of a national player, delivering on schedule, on budget, and with excellence.Our culture is driven by core values such as accountability, transparency, respect, and empowerment.We believe in investing in our people by offering the chance to grow your skills, tackle meaningful work, and advance your career in a company that values “We make it happen.”ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers and superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities on-site.Interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.Conduct daily site inspections to verify progress, quality, and safety compliance.Track quantities, materials, and equipment to support project documentation and cost control.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to resolve technical or logistical issues.Prepare and maintain field reports, RFIs, submittals, and as-built drawings.Support layout and surveying efforts to ensure proper alignment and elevation.Monitor adherence to project schedules and assist in updating progress reports.Promote a culture of safety and enforce company and OSHA safety policies on-site.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).1–3 years of construction related experience (internships included)Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced field environment.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
