If you’re enthusiastic about innovative approaches to problem-solving, we would love to speak with you about joining our team!What are we looking for?SentinelOne is seeking a Field Marketing Manager who will work closely with regional sales teams to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive quota attainment goals for the Benelux/ Nordic region. The Field Marketing Manager plays an active role for the sales team ensuring they are benefiting from global marketing programs as well as executing regional programs to ensure success across all territories.What will you do? Deliver marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the Benelux/Nordics Sales Teams. These integrated marketing programs may include:Roadshows, seminars and workshops highlighting customer success and supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesABM & C-level campaigns: Programs to create/accelerate opportunities Partner/ Alliances Marketing programs: build partner co-marketing programs into regional marketing plansGreenfield programs: targeting new contact and account acquisitionAlign with Sales VPs and Regional Directors to understand the market trends in the region and customize programs as neededCommunicate regional and vertical trends to HQ to modify overall strategy, messaging, contentIdentify other programs or processes to enable customer success and support account expansion/cross-sell/upsellTrack program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC and present to regional AVP, marketing team and GTM stakeholdersManage and balance regional field marketing budget and spendWhat skills and knowledge should you bring?Passion for building and driving a marketing business to scale and being able to demonstrate progress and success in the region both from a direct and indirect motion to marketProven success in executing programs that drive demand, acceleration and return in pipeline and closed/won businessExperience developing regional plans that leveraging an account-based marketing approach targeting large enterprises where applicable– experience of success in a top accounts program or similar will set you apart from other candidatesUnderstanding of intent platforms, how best to leverage in plans/programs, influencing teams in the application and usage to increase efficiency and productivity7+ years of hands-on experience creating/managing field and virtual eventsAbility to monitor and report on key metrics, adjusting marketing plans based on resultsPassion and experience of working with sales leaders and teams to generate pipeline and drive the business.
