Find your future with us.We are looking for a Field Program Management Specialist to manage supplier schedules, pre‑induction checks, and contractual receipts for aircraft redeliveries. This role negotiates Additional Service Requests, provides supplier oversight, and ensures safe, compliant on‑site execution in coordination with Boeing, customers, and MRO partners.Position Scope:Responsibility Redelivery Schedules: oversee supplier schedules – integrating customer, Boeing and MRO constraints and impacts. Preinduction Coordination: using preinduction checklist, reviewing incoming airplane requirements with the program, customer, and supplierAccountability Induction / Redelivery Receipts: work with suppliers, contracts, and customers to ensure appropriate contractual documents are signed and distributedAuthority Additional Service Requests (ASR): manage both supplier and customer charges and negotiate hours for Boeing’s best interests. Supplier Oversight: act as a liaison to Supplier Management, Quality, Liaison Engineering, Tooling, and Program to provide status to ongoing contracted work. Ensure a safe and injury-free working environment for the Boeing onsite team. Work with the suppliers to identify and implement improvement opportunitiesBasic Qualifications2+ years of experience in MRO maintenance and modifications2+ years of experience in program management with specific experience managing customers, and suppliers in support of Program. Emphasis in constraint managementFocus on critical thinkingMinor travel expected to support additional MROs (Shanghai, China)Relocation:This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.Work Authorization:Candidates must have authorization to work in China and the Company will not be sponsoring Employment Visas.Benefits and pay are determined in line with local labor market practices.
