We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of BA and SMD teams.Conduct regular store visits to review performance, merchandising quality, and compliance with display standards.Support BA and SMD teams in achieving sell-out targets and executing trade or marketing programs.Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to improve team productivity, selling skills, and product knowledge.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and HR for manpower planning, training, and performance management.Ensure attendance, scheduling, and discipline of both BA and SMD teams.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide recommendations for improvement.Prepare and submit area performance reports in a timely manner.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as Supervisor or Team Leader in cosmetics, retail, or FMCG industry.Proven experience managing frontline teams such as Beauty Advisors, Promoters, or Merchandisers.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple areas or teams.Target-oriented and accustomed to working in a field-based environment.Willing to travel for store visits and area supervision.We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detailed).
