You are driven by creating meaningful impact for our users, and in the process delivering outstanding business results.  The positionThe Field Sales Agent will report to the Field Sales Team Lead and have overall responsibility for driving sales and expanding the customer base by visiting potential clients in person. This role involves building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting suitable products or services. The Field Sales Agent will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.In this role, you willMeet required financial targets/sales budgets MOM.Meet performance, KPIs, service level, quality standards, and customer satisfaction rates/standards.Provide correct and complete information to customers on the organization’s products and services.Convert potential customers into sales. - Receive and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints within stipulated SLAs.Ensure correct and complete documentation of customer interactions according to standard operating procedures.Timely provision of required activities, reports, feedback, or information (Call memo and other activities reporting).Collaborate with others to achieve organization and unit objectives.Strict adherence to company guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes.Maintain business core values; be a person of discipline, integrity, empathetic, and excellence.We are looking for people with;1-3 years of experience in applicable role A Bachelors’ degree from an accredited universityExperience working in fintech or any consumer-focused business.High-energy, creative thinking and a demonstrated history of driving resultsA Collaborative mindset, excellent communication and presentation skillsWhat’s in it for youYou’ll receive competitive compensation and benefits and the opportunity to build and learn within a flat, performance-focused culture.If you’re interested in this jobPlease send an updated resume to recruitment@oxygenx.africa
