You’ll be responsible for strengthening partnerships, executing seasonal Go-To-Market plans, and ensuring our B2B platform, MyPUMA.biz, delivers maximum value for long‑tail customers.It combines strategic account leadership, structured field execution, and digital adoption — the ideal balance for a modern sales professional.What You’ll Take Ownership OfSalespeople excel when they can control their territory, build commercial momentum, and directly influence results. This role gives you all of that.Lead and Drive Sales Across Assigned Field AccountsDevelop strong commercial relationships, execute a structured sales call cycle, forecast effectively, and target high‑potential accounts that align with PUMA’s consumer strategy.Execute Seasonal Go-To-Market ActivitiesOwn the seasonal selling process, prioritise key customers, contribute to segmentation and assortment planning, and help strengthen brand desirability in NZ retail.Manage and Maintain the MyPUMA.biz B2B PlatformEnsure accurate account setup, product data, pricing, and content. Monitor usage, activate low‑engagement customers, deliver onboarding and training, and drive order conversion and digital efficiency.Deliver Seasonal Sell-In Targets and Sell-Through KPIsAchieve your sell-in goals, align expectations with customers, maintain a clean and accurate order book, and drive strong sell-through outcomes across your territory.Support Field Account Strategic InitiativesConduct structured store visits and business reviews, track retail KPIs, and collaborate with partners to strengthen performance and partnership value.Your Scoreboard (KPIs)You’ll be measured on the metrics that define high-performing sales representatives:Sales and Margin PerformanceCustomer Acquisition and RetentionForecast Accuracy and ReportingMarket Share GrowthYOUR TALENT:What You BringThis role is built for someone who is commercially sharp, self-driven, and passionate about building strong relationships in a field-based environment.Experience And Education2–3 years of sales experience in sporting goods, FMCG, or apparelProven success managing a territory and delivering sales targetsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field (preferred)Industry KnowledgeUnderstanding of the NZ retail landscape, market trends, and consumer behaviourExposure to seasonal GTM processes and merchandisingSkills And CompetenciesStrong negotiation and influencing capabilityConfident communication and presentation skillsHigh level of organisation and time managementProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM toolsComfort with both in-person and online selling environmentsPersonal AttributesSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-drivenAble to work independently while collaborating with internal teamsWillingness to travel extensively (approximately 70 percent)Passion for sport, retail, and professional brand representationReady to Step Into a High-Impact Sales Role?If you’re looking for a role where your territory is yours to own, your relationships define your success, and your commercial drive delivers real, measurable impact — this is your next move.PUMA supports over 21,000 employees across 120+ countries.
